Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026. Shrevo is in pre-launch / design-partner stage. This policy describes how we handle personal data for the website, trial accounts, and early deployments. A fuller GA policy will replace this before public commercial launch if terms change materially.
Who we are
“Shrevo” refers to the Shrevo project management product of Aetherion Technologies, and the operators of shrevo.app (and related demo environments). Contact: sales@shrevo.app.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization name, authentication credentials (hashed), and optional SSO identifiers.
- Workspace content: projects, tasks, documents, comments, attachments, and configuration you create in the product.
- Usage / operational logs: technical logs needed to run and secure the service (e.g. request metadata, error traces, audit events).
- Website: standard server logs and any information you submit via forms or email (demo requests, design-partner applications).
How we use data
- Provide and improve the product
- Authenticate users and enforce permissions
- Respond to support and partnership requests
- Secure the service and investigate abuse

Self-hosted deployments
If you run Shrevo on your own infrastructure, personal data in the application database and storage is under your control. Our website privacy practices still apply to shrevo.app marketing pages and email you send us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure processors (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) solely to operate the service, under agreements appropriate to that purpose. Legal disclosure may occur if required by law.
Retention
Account and workspace data is retained while the organization is active. You may request deletion of trial accounts by contacting us. Self-hosted operators control retention on their systems.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact sales@shrevo.app. We will respond in a reasonable time for design-partner scale.
Changes
We will update this page when practices change. Material changes before GA will be called out for design partners.
