Supported path

Standard containerized deployment for evaluation and production on a VM or small cluster. You operate Postgres and supporting services.

Private cloud / orchestrator

Design partner

Run the same application stack on your orchestrator and under your network policies. Orchestrated installs are handled as an enterprise / design-partner engagement rather than a one-click supported path.

VM / bare metal

Supported path

Suitable when containers are restricted; reverse proxy + app + database under your OS hardening baseline.

Air-gapped

Available on request

Offline or restricted-network installs are handled as an enterprise / design-partner engagement (image transfer, license, update cadence). Not a one-click public download claim.

What you control

  • Database, backups, and retention
  • Identity (including SAML where configured)
  • Whether AI is off, local, or BYO keys
  • Network egress for integrations (GitHub, Slack, etc.)

Managed cloud
