Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining a design-partner program, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Shrevo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Shrevo provides project management software with optional AI features. Capabilities marked Live, Beta, or Available on request on the website reflect product status at the time of publication. Pre-launch software may change rapidly; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or feature permanence during the design- partner period.

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your accounts
• Do not abuse the service (unauthorized access, malware, scraping that degrades the service, or illegal content)
• Do not reverse engineer the product except where mandatory law allows

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Shrevo a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. Self-hosted deployments remain under your infrastructure control.

Optional AI features may send prompts and context to model providers you configure, or to hosted models when you enable them. Outputs may be incorrect; you remain responsible for decisions made with AI assistance. You may disable AI entirely.

Free or discounted design-partner access is offered at our discretion, may include feedback obligations, and may end or convert to paid plans with notice. Long-term pricing commitments, if any, will be stated in writing for that partner.

If you receive self-hosted distribution, additional license terms may apply. You are responsible for securing your deployment, backups, and compliance with law in your environment.

During pre-launch, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shrevo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability for claims relating to free or design-partner use is limited to USD $0, or the amount you paid us for the service in the prior three months, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
